 Orders are now shipped out daily. They are taken directly into the courier service in Kitchener, Ontario, the day it is marked shipped. During peak holiday periods, mail can take up to 14 days to arrive.

We don’t ship to PO Boxes

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and USA.

We offer free international standard shipping on all orders above CAD$150.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the location of delivery at check out.

FestiTrend is not liable or responsible for any issues you may have with a carrier’s services (such as if an item is lost, stolen, or arrives later than expected) and you should contact the applicable carrier as needed. 

Customers are requested to provide accurate ZIP code (postal code), address, area name so that there are no delays in delivery.

The VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be borne by the customers, as it varies from country to country based on the local governing policies. These VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be paid to the courier partner during the time of delivery. These charges are in addition to the price paid while placing the order.
